What do I do of the videos do not play?

The interviews do not play properly.
The videos are available in HD resolution. If you want to watch the interviews on your cell phone or tablet, please make sure that the reception is smooth. We have paid attention to the best quality when recording the interviews. Please also check your high-speed data volume if you want to watch the videos.
For trouble-free playback of the interviews, please stop all processes running in the background, such as updates, open browser windows, or graphics programs, etc.
The sound is difficult to understand
If you can't hear anything, check your volume settings. Then reload your browser window.
I can't log in, what now?
We have done everything possible to make registration as easy as possible for you. Several thousand participants have already registered successfully. However, if you are still unable to log in, please follow these steps:
First, reload your browser window, or use a different browser (see above). In particular, update your mobile device and browser - depending on the speed of your internet connection, certain elements may take longer to load. Also, please disable your virus program when you log in, as it may prevent you from logging in. If you are logging in from a mobile device, make sure you have sufficient data volume available. Also make sure that your internet connection is sufficient.
Please note that even if you have a WLAN connection (especially on mobile devices), you may not always have a sufficient connection. It may happen that you cannot log in from your device. Please clarify these connection problems with your mobile phone provider. Sometimes you are in an area where the network coverage is not perfect.
If this does not work at all, please use a different email address, and possibly a different device. According to DSGVO we can't put you on the guest list manually, because we need your explicit consent via the registration process (DoubleOptin).
What happens to my email?
Your data is safe with us! We do not share your data with any third party from our email distribution list. We communicate as closely as possible with our participants - the most efficient tool is still email. If you don't want to be on our "list" anymore, you can unsubscribe at any time with just one mouse click.
